That people will haul off all of the junk you’ve been hiding in your closet for years, AND they’ll pay you for it?
We had a small garage sale today, featuring some of my old computer parts (not the good stuff, just the junk) and a bunch of clothes. We didn’t sell a great amount of clothes, but people were all over these computer parts. I sold 2 Pentium III motherboards, an old computer case, an 8MB video card (ancient), a cable modem (it worked fine by itself, but didn’t get along very well with my wireless router), and various other parts.
I also tried selling my old audio cassette collection (10 cents each), and not a soul bought one. I was tired of having them around, so I threw them in the garbage when the sale was over. I’ve already got all of those songs I cared about in cd or mp3 format anyway, and haven’t listened to a cassette in years.
